Q. What is Priceless Writers?

A. Priceless Writers is a company created by three passionate and talented copywriters. With thousands of satisfied clients and decades of combined experience between us, we noticed something about the majority of our clients…

They were extremely talented and experienced in their businesses, but they were wasting their profits on terrible copywriting and content.

We wanted to create a place for clients to go where they would feel sure they were receiving ‘elite’ writing. This is how Priceless Writers came to be - and we provide clients with unique, custom, and interesting sales letters, articles, press releases, reports, and much more.

Q. How long does it take to get a finished project back?

A. We understand that time is money! One part of being a Priceless Writer is being able to craft excellent quality custom projects in a short amount of time. We pride ourselves on getting your projects finished in the shortest amount of time possible.

Of course, depending upon the project, the time of completion will vary. Projects requiring heavy research may take longer. We will stay in touch with you and get your project back in a reasonable amount of time. If you need your project done in a certain amount of time, let us know.

Q. Does Priceless Writers create more than just articles and content?

A. Of course we do! We can handle just about any type of writing project you need, from proposal letters to essays and reports to sales letters and article marketing campaigns. If you have a special request, or something out of the ordinary, we welcome you to request it. We love a great challenge and would be happy to complete any project you need.

Q. What are the benefits of custom content versus free articles?

A. From search engine optimization to your readers’ satisfaction, custom content is always the better choice. You’ve heard of duplicate content penalties and anything that will hinder your website traffic or ranking should always be avoided.

When we provide you with original, interesting, custom content, you can be sure that you’re giving your readers the best possible content and that you’re pleasing the search engines too. When your website content is interesting and excellent quality, your readers will continue to come back and your conversions will be higher.

Q. Can a client request that special keywords be added to content and other written projects?

A. Many businessmen and women desire their articles to have an organic SEO quality, however many others want their articles done a specific way, with a certain keyword density. We understand this and strive to always meet the needs of the clients. We strategically place the keywords into your project so that the writing flows well and is very natural, resulting in keyword rich content that is interesting and search engine friendly.

Q. Do I get revisions if I’m not happy with my returned project?

A. Of course you do. At Priceless Writers, you are paying for quality. That’s why we will ensure that you’re satisfied with your project by including up to 2 revisions. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the way your project has been written, or would just like to make a few simple changes, no problem. Let us know and we’ll fix it right away.

Q. Can Priceless Writers handle article marketing campaigns?

A. The writers at Priceless Writers are very experienced in handling article marketing campaigns. Having helped thousands of other customers with their campaigns, we are the most qualified wordsmiths to help you with your campaigns. Q. Does Priceless Writers submit articles to article marketing directories for me (like Ezine Articles?)

A. Not only do we handle your article marketing articles, Priceless Writers also offers 2 article submission packages for your convenience. We understand how valuable your time is and want to do what we can to help so that you can focus on more important aspects of your business.

Q. Can I get a discount for referring other clients to Priceless Writers?

A. Yes - your referrals are extremely important to us!  As soon as your friend or colleague completes payment on their first project*, you will earn a 5% discount on any future order.  Simply tell the new client to mention your name during their initial contact. There is no limit to the number of referral discounts you may receive, but only one discount is allowed per single order.

*Offer is only valid for referral of first-time clients. New projects under $100 do not qualify for referral discounts.

Q. Are there other ways to receive a Priceless Writers discount?

A. Subscribe to our RSS feed or add our website to your favorites to stay up-to-date on our monthly specials and packages.  Each month, you’ll find a new money-saving offer in the coupon section of our home page.  Just mention the promotion when you place your order.  Priceless Writers also offers a variety of everyday discounts and bundle options - check out our content services for more details.

Q. Will my personal and company information stay confidential?

A. Our priority is delivering quality content to our clients. All company information, marketing details, email addresses, press releases, and other sensitive information associated with your writing assignments and registration is kept completely confidential. We will never share your private information without your authorization.

Q. When I get my completed projects back, do I own all of the rights?

A. Yes. You are paying for a service and once our job is complete and payment is received - you own all the rights. This means you can post the articles to your site; submit to directories; rewrite the material using your own words; or resell for your own personal gain. The possibilities are endless.

Q. How do I request a project from Priceless Writers?

A. Simply send us an e-mail here and let us know what you’re looking for.  Someone will get back to you very quickly with an answer.  If you want a specific partner to handle your project, you can send them a message via the email found on their bio page.

Q. How do I pay for my projects?

A. Our payment method of choice is PayPal. If you do not possess a PayPal account, signing up is a free and easy process - offering a much safer way for clients and businesses to send and receive transactions.  Please contact us to discuss other options.

Q. When do I pay for my projects?

A. Standard content projects are calculated on a per word basis. These projects require an initial deposit of 50% of the estimated cost before the writer begins work.

When your project has been returned completed to you, an invoice containing a final word count and price tally (including the remaining 50% price quote and any adjustments) is sent out after your seal of approval.  Distribution, submission, and blog setups may require additional payments, depending on the package you have selected.

Should you fail to submit payment, Priceless Writers will retain any and all copyrights, as well as any percentage previously paid towards the completed project. You will therefore lose entitlement to use any returned work and should you do so - will face possible legal action.
