Old Town Events

Usually, Old Town is thick with theatrical performances and classic musical selections, but the February Temecula events provide a balanced mixture of events for the kiddies, blushing brides-to-be, and country music go-getters. I strongly suggest you be on the lookout for the following:

  • 2/1 – 2/3: The Little Mermaid – Missoula Children’s Theater (7pm - 10pm): At the Old Town Temecula Community Theater, this interactive event aims to trigger the creativity and imagination in young participants. Just picture the impact that a team of professionals has on the impressionable mind when introduced to costumes, props, and theatrical make-up at an early age. A collection of students, ranging from grades K-12 will get a chance to become the cast of a full-length musical – complete with songs and choreography.
  • 2/9: Two Octets for a Winter’s Night – California Chamber String Ensemble (2pm - 10pm): With the lull of Scandinavian music, the blend of strings and violins are truly comforting. For more information, call the Old Town Temecula Community Theater at 866-653-8696.
  • 2/15 – 2/16: Temecula Live – Country Music Review (7pm - 9pm): Country music fills the scene, as residents of all ages can take pleasure in the regional delight of the Ranch Rockers and those who come to share their talents.
  • 2/18: Temecula Bridal Faire (10am - 4pm): Calling all newly engaged sweethearts!!! Where else can you experience some of the best professionals in the wedding business than at this event, which includes an extravagant bridal fashion show? I recommend this event as a great opportunity to get ideas for locations, flowers, photography, and many other wedding details. Check out this event at the Temecula Stampede (28721 Old Town Front St). Price: $7
  • 2/18: Professor Pennypickles Birthday Bash (1pm - 4pm): Head for the Imagination Workshop at the Temecula Children’s Museum (42081 Main Street) to take part in an event that promotes the spread of science, technology, nature, and engineering.
