We are very excited that you chose Priceless Writers as your number one place to go for quality, unique website content, articles, press releases and all of your other writing projects.  We try our best to make sure that everything goes along smoothly and that both client and Priceless writer are satisfied and happy.  For everything to continue to run smoothly, we ask that you respect our terms of service and abide by them.  By using our site and partner writers, you agree to these terms.

Prohibited Material -

Priceless Writers is a respectable, professional company.  We will not write projects that condone, promote or look favorably on the following topics:

• The abuse or harming of children, adults or animals.
• Drug related topics, including the use of illegal drugs, prescription drugs which are being illegally used, the selling or distributing of illegal drugs or anything related.  (We will gladly write informational articles about these topics - simply nothing that condones or promotes illegal usage.)
• Topics that are related to racism or discrimination of religious beliefs, gender, age, etc.
• Anything that is considered illegal or harmful.

Rewrites/Revisions -

You are entitled to 2 (two) rewrites or revisions of any project that you purchase through Priceless Writers.  Any more than that will need to be purchased based on the word fees that we charge for original projects. 

Refunds -

Due to the type of work that Priceless Writers perform, you cannot receive a refund on written work after it has been sent to you.  You may use the rewrite/revision option, however, refunds are not given.  You may ask for a refund of your monthly membership fee - however, your VIP status will be lost as well as VIP benefits.  You also risk your VIP spot being filled as they are in high demand.  Your VIP membership fee amount will change depending upon which day of the month you have requested a refund.  Days previous to that day will be added and charged, taken out of your fee and then the fee will be returned.

Payment Policy -

Priceless Writers require 50% of the estimated completed project price down before the writer begins work.  When the work has been returned completed to you, you will then pay the remaining 50% as well as any and all adjustments.  (See Estimation Policy.)  Should you fail to submit either half of payment, Priceless Writers will retain any and all copyrights and as well as any percentage that has been paid on the completed project.  You will therefore not be entitled to use the returned work and should you do so - you could be at risk for litigation.

Estimation Policy -

When discussing a project, your Priceless Writer may quote you an estimated price based on what he or she thinks your total completed word count will be.  Please note that this is only an estimate and during the actual work, the writer may finish under or over the estimated word count.  You will be required to pay for extra wording that the writer adds to the project which goes above estimation.  However, should the word count come in under, the 2^nd 50% payment will be adjusted to the proper amount.

Grounds for Ending Membership -

Priceless Writers reserves the right to forfeit your VIP membership or any and all open projects for any of the following reasons:

• In the case that you are abusive in any way with any of the partners of Priceless Writers.
• If you are found to be using the material on our site for anything other than promotion of Priceless Writers or for your own informative purposes.
• You fail to pay a membership fee, the invoice for a project in part or full, etc.

Responsibility -

After you have paid for a project in full, all copyrights and responsibility of that project belongs to you and Priceless Writers are not liable for injuries or damages that are related or a result of any project that has been created for you.
